It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, in Special M.C.O.C. Case No.3 of 2017 in last 5 years the Trial Court has not framed charge. He has therefore requested this Court to expedite the hearing of the said case as he is behind bars since October, 2016.

In view of the above, we request the learned Special Judge (under M.C.O.C. Act), Thane seized of M.C.O.C. Special Case No.3 of 2017, to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of the present Order.
