Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent-State. Extension of the time to apply for regularisation is sought mainly on the ground that without the survey map, the application cannot be entertained and that the survey is fixed on 9th October, 2015.

In view of the document annexed at page 12 of the application, extension of time deserves to be granted. 1/3

Hence, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:- (i) Time granted to the applicant to apply for regularisation in terms of clause (b) of paragraph 5 of the order dated 20th July, 2015 is extended by a period of two months from today;
