Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this petition is to an interim order passed by the Minister (Revenue) in Revision Application whereby the order passed by the Dy. Director, Land Records, Pune dated 29th December, 2020 directing the nimtana measurements of the subject land came to be stayed.

Mr. Soni, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the Revision Application itself was heard by the Minister on 19th June, 2023 and the proceedings is closed for order. 4.

In view of the aforesaid development in the intervening period, at this stage, there is no propriety in entertaining the petition against the interim order passed in the said proceedings. 5.

The petition thus stands disposed.
