By this civil application, the applicant (original plaintiff) seeks impleadment of the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 and for condonation of delay in filing civil application. 2.

Mr.Tilak, learned counsel for the appellants has no objection if the reliefs as prayed are granted by this court. Statement is accepted. 3.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the
