This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Although the application mentions that the delay is of about 352 days, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the interregnum on account of lock down and Covid-19 pandemic, the delay is only of 23 days.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 (original Plaintiffs) have opposed the application.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.
