DATED : 15th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned counsel for the applicant state that he has handed over the necessary documents to the Investigating Officer, which include the following documents :- (i) Original development agreement dt.27.04.2002 with annexures thereon along with segregation receipts (ii) Property card is annexed to the original Development Agreement.

(iii)Commencement Certificate issued by MCGM. (iv)Original Mortgage deed (v) Plans of Keshav Niwas.

2/2 21 ABA 2250-22.doc The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, state that the custodial interrogation is not necessary, but the applicant shall report to the police station as and when directed and shall continue to render his co-operation. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Bholanath Gupta in connection of C.R.No.227/2022 registered with Navghar police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall make himself available as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
