After arguing the application, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is a lady and she may be granted two weeks time to surrender before the Investigating Officer. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly. Interim application stands disposed of.
