This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased sole Respondent. There is a delay in taking out the present civil application. The delay is adequately explained in this civil application. The civil application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. The second appeal to be served on the newly added Respondents.
