The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to take stern action against the Respondents pursuant to the Petitioner's complaint and restore possession of the Petitioner's room bearing No.872/8 in Sangharsh Chawl admeasuring 10' x 20'.

Having regard to the relief sought in the above Criminal Writ Petition, the same is thoroughly misconceived. The above Petition is dismissed on the said ground. However it would be open for the Petitioner to seeks appropriate redress in law before the appropriate court.
