C.R. No. 371/2019 registered with Goregaon Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Applicant is already on Ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 24/07/2016.

3] Having heard learned APP on merits of the matter, it is informed that investigation in the matter is almost complete. 4] In the aforesaid background, particularly considering the allegations against the applicant, the Ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 371/2019 registered with Goregaon Police Station, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

(iii) Applicant shall not tamper with evidence or infuence the witnesses in any way.
