Petitioner claims that he was appointed as a Junior Clerk in the year 2011 by respondent no. 5 - Vidya Vikas Mandir (Secodary and Higher Secondary) Vidyalaya, Nimagon Mahalungi, Taluka Shirur, Pune. Thereafter, the petitioner was continued in service. From time to time communication was made by the Headmaster of the school to the Education Officer (Secondary), Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune in respect of grant of approval to the petitioner's service. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far the respondent no. 3 - Education

21-wp-12326-16 Officer has not passed any order on the proposal forwarded by the Headmaster of the school seeking approval of the petitioner's service. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioner, we direct the respondent no. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary) Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune to call for the relevant record from the respondent no. 5 - School management, hear the necessary parties and pass a brief reasoned order as to whether the petitioner is required to be granted approval or not. The decision shall be taken within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. All issues on merits are kept open. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of. 4.
