2/3 fa-2328.05, ca-786.06,1618.18.sxw In view of the settlement arrived at in the consent terms, the learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for allowing Civil Application No.1618 of 2018. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). On the basis of the said order, necessary amendment shall be carried out by the appellant to the memorandum of appeal within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. Consent terms which are tendered on record were signed by 2 out of 5 legal representatives who are ordered to be brought on record as per the order passed today in Civil Application No.1618 of 2018. Today, 3 out of the 5 legal representatives have signed the consent terms who have been identified by the Advocate for the respondents who has appended his signature on the consent terms. Below the signatures of the three additional respondents, the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Metro Centre No.1, Uran has signed so also the learned Additional Government Pleader.
There will be a consent decree/ award in terms of the consent terms taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Consent award/decree shall be drawn within a period of two months from the date on which this order is uploaded. Writ as well as record and proceedings shall be dispatched to the Reference Court within a period of three months from the date on which this order is uploaded.
3/3 fa-2328.05, ca-786.06,1618.18.sxw We direct the parties to appear before the Reference Court on 2nd August 2018 at 11.00 am to enable the Reference Court to pass consequential orders in terms of withdrawal/disbursement of the pending amount. Reference Court will pass consequential order of withdrawal/ disbursement of the amount pending, if any. If the amount in terms of the modified award is already deposited, there is no question of the State Government depositing any further amount.
