.. Respondents WITH WRIT PETITION NO. 3759 OF 2019 Selvakumar Tamil Selvan .. Petitioner Vs.

The State of Maharashtra & Anr.

.. Respondents Ms. Samir Arunkumar Vaidya for petitioner in both petitions. Mrs. A.S. Pai, APP for respondent No.1-State. CORAM : RANJIT MORE & N.J. JAMADAR, JJ.

DATE : 4TH SEPTEMBER 2019 P.C.

The petitioner is challenging the externment orders passed by the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mumbai on 26th March 2019, respectively issued under section 56(1)(A)(B) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. Admittedly, the appeals under section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 are maintainable against the order of externment. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the instant petitions.
