Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh application before Respondent No.1 for sanction of revised plans and for further permission for construction. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

In the event Petitioner makes an application as stated in paragraph 1 above within two weeks from today, Respondent No. 1 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
