The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.4(b) on record who are the Respondents No.4(b)(1) to 4(b)(8) and for condonation of delay of 1 year and 48 days in filing application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraph 8 of the Civil Application. None appears for the heirs though served. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application the same is allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.4(b) are allowed to be brought on record.
