Our attention is invited to an order passed by the Division Bench of the Nagpur Bench of this Court dated 12th February, 2016. In the said order this Court has noted the decision taken by the Government to reconsider and review the earlier decision in cases where renewal of license has either being cancelled or where the proceedings are pending. It is noted that the process of review may be completed expeditiously within a period of three months. 2.

In this petition also notification dated 23rd February, 2016 along with other circulars / office orders have been challenged.
