ORDER:- In view of order passed today i.e. on 14 October 2016, in Writ Petition No. 7996 of 2014 (Mahesh Wasudeo Bhure Vs. Union of India & Ors.), we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition also, as the statement is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that no stay is granted by this Court. The Petitioner has already been relieved and therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as it is against the impugned transfer order. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to make representation, if any. No costs.
