Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of the averments made in the application and in particular paragraphs 3 and 4, a case of restoration is made out. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) subject to condition of the Applicant removing all office objections in the Writ Petition within a period of three weeks from today.
