ORDER:

The Civil Application is taken out for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for want of removal of office objection. From the averments the sufficient cause has made out. We are inclined to grant this application in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (d). Matter is restored. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

List the petition for admission. However, in the meanwhile, Petitioner to remove office objection, if any, within four weeks.
