By this civil application, the applicants seek amendment to the writ petition and to bring certain subsequent facts on record. The writ petition is not yet admitted by this Court and is still pending. 2.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). It is made clear that though this Court has permitted the applicants to bring on record the subsequent facts, the respondents 1/2

19-caw1909-17 have not admitted the contents of the amendment. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents within three days from the date of carrying out amendment.
