I have heard the respective counsels at length. 4.
Learned APP in response to the Court's query informed that the investigation in the matter is over.
5.
However, learned counsel for the complainant through interim applications submits that the applicant-Nalawade is an executive engineer and has tried to influence the complainant through his friends and relatives.
6.
As such, the complaint moved by the complainant is treated as NC as allegations therein are vague. However, this does not preclude the complainant from moving complaint through investigating agency or before this Court for cancellation of bail in case the specific threat to that effect is alleged. 7.
In the aforesaid background, considering the statement made by learned APP and the fact that the investigation in the matter is almost over, case for grant of bail is made out. 8.
