Heard rival arguments on the application for bail and suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal. 2.
The applicant / appellant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. For the offence punishable under Section 7 of PC Act, he is sentenced to suffer RI for six months and for the offence punishable under section 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of PC Act, he is sentenced to 1 / 2

Considering these facts, present application is allowed. The applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the trial Court. Application is disposed of accordingly.
