This is an application seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-168 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

The investigation in the matter is already complete. Chargesheet is filed. There are no criminal antecedents. Medical evidence does not support the case of the prosecution as no injury could be noticed from the victim boy. In view thereof, false implication cannot be ruled out. 3.
The applicant is released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and influence the witnesses. The applicant shall appear before the Trial Court regularly. The applicant's absence before the Trial Court would entail him for cancellation of bail. [N. W. SAMBRE, J.] 1/1
