The petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of C.C. No.808/PW-2013 pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 69th Court, Mazgaon at Mumbai arising out of registration of crime bearing C.R.No.69 of 2013 with Nagpada Police Station, Mumbai. The learned counsel for the applicants does not dispute that the charge has already been framed and the trial has begun, and, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
