After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined to consider the prayers made in the Application, learned counsel for the Applicant sought leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The case is of the year 2015. The trial has commenced and the cross-examination of the Respondent No. 1 is partly over, and hence, the trial is expedited. The learned Magistrate to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order.
