Heard. By this civil application, the applicant is seeking to stay the order dated 04.07.2016 passed by the Authority u/s.101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in proceeding No.627/2015.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in the Writ Petition the petitioner challenges the order dated 16.06.2014 passed by Basavraj G Patil 1/2

513.1569.17-caw the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai in Appeal No.19/2013 and order dated 13.03.2013 passed by the Asstt. Registrar Cooperative Societies in Recovery Application No.1239/2011. He submits that the order dated 04.07.2016 is not impugned order in the present petition. Therefore, there is no question of granting any relief in the civil application.

Heard both sides. It is to be noted that, in the civil application, the applicant is seeking to stay of the order dated 04.07.2016 passed by the Authority u/s.101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in proceeding No.627/2015. Said order is not challenged by the applicant in the Writ Petition before this court.

Hence, I do not find any reason to entertain such type of applications. Hence, same stands rejected.
