After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2014 and the Applicant is in custody since 2015 i. e. for almost four years, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. Learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
