For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.1858 of 2018, is allowed; (ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.I-136 of 2017, registered with Sanpada Police Station, Navi Mumbai, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

rpa 38-ba-1858-18-operative.doc (iii) Applicant shall attend the Sanpada Police Station, Navi Mumbai, once in a month on first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders;

(vi) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall attend the trial Court on the date of hearing of the case regularly, unless exempted by the Court;

(vii) Bail Application No.1858 of 2018, stands disposed of.
