After this Court granted bail to the applicant vide order dated 7 January 2023, it is brought to our notice through the present application that the applicant be granted time of three months to furnish local sureties as has been directed and for such period of three months he be released on cash bail. 2.

We have heard learned APP in the matter.

In the facts and circumstances, the prayer made in this application appears to be reasonable.

In view of above, condition No.ii of bail order dated 7 January 2023 in Interim Application No.3423 of 2021 is hereby Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

14-ia-2752-23.doc modifed, as follows:

(i) The applicant shall be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/-. It is directed that within a period of three months from the date of actual release, the applicant shall furnish one or two local sureties for an amount of Rs.25,000/-;

(ii) The applicant shall furnish his residential address and contact number to the concerned police station. (iii) Apart from above, for a period of three months, i.e. till the applicant furnishes local sureties, he shall attend the concerned police station once in every week. 5.
