Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is resolved. The consent terms are executed between them. The proceedings which are subject matter of these petitions are already withdrawn. Copy of the order dated 22nd September, 2022 passed by the Joint Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cantonment Court, Pune allowing the withdrawal of the proceedings and the photo copy of the consent terms are tendered. The same is taken on record.
