1] The Applicant is aggrieved by not awarding death penalty to the accused.

2] The learned Judge in paragraph 60 has given sound and cogent reasons as to why the present case was not rarest of rare case to award death penalty. We find that no perversity is noticed. In so far as enhancement of compensation amount is concerned, the present Applicant can always intervene in the Appeal filed by the accused, wherein the issue can always be raised.
