The present Interim Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3. This Court has already passed order in Interim Application No.17845 of 2022 restoring the Writ Petition which is noted herein. The delay for bringing legal heirs on record is almost 7 years. 2.

Considering that this Court has condoned the delay for restoration of the dismissed Writ Petition and the reasons given in paragraph Nos. 8 to 12 of the present Interim Application, the Interim Application deserves to be allowed. The names of the proposed Respondents who are legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3 are given in the cause title of the Interim Application.

Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today, subject to deposit of cost as directed in Interim Application No. 17845 of 2022.

It is directed that amendment shall not be allowed unless costs as directed in Interim Application No. 17845 of 2022 are deposited by the Applicant.
