DATE: 23 SEPTEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] The parties hand in Minutes of Order. There shall be an order in terms of the Minutes, which are transcribed hereinbelow for convenience of reference :

"1.

That the Writ Petition is allowed by consent of both the parties and the impugned order dated 13th August, 2015 passed by the Learned Ad-hoc District Judge - 1, Sangli at Exhibit - 21 is hereby quashed and set aside. The Custody of minor child remained to be continue with the Petitioners during the pendency of the Misc. Application No. 351/2015. 2.

That the Misc. Application No. 351 of 2013 pending for hearing and final disposal before the Ad-Hoc District Judge - 1, Sangli is hereby expedited and the same is therefore be finally heard and decided within a period of 6 months from today.

3.

That the Respondent is permitted to visit the minor child on every weekend at Kavthemahankal, District Sangli and is further permitted to spend time with the minor child without 1/3

the presence of the Petitioners herein.

4.

That the Respondents be allowed to bring the minor child to Mumbai to reside with him on 24/9/2015 and shall take the child back to the residence of the Petitioner on 27th September 2015.

5.

That during the Diwali holidays i.e. 7th November, 2015 till 14th November 2015, the Respondents be allowed to bring the minor child to Mumbai to reside with him and shall take the child back to the residence of the Petitioner on 15th November 2015.

6.

That the Respondent shall pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) towards the maintenance of minor child granted by this Hon'ble Court by Order dated 4/9/2015 on or before 10th day of each of every calendar month. Failing which the petitioenrs are at liberty to file appropriate application before this Hon'ble Court. 7.

That the Respondent shall deposit the amount of maintenance directly in the account of the Petitioner No.1 having Saving Account No. 10184106570, State Bank of India, Branch Kavthemahankal, District Sangli. 8.

That the Ad-Hod District Judge - 1, Sangli is to decide Misc. Application No. 351 of 2013, on its own merits, without being influenced by the orders of this Hon'ble Court." 3] This petition is therefore disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
