In this petition, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to direct the Assistant Charity Commissioner (Hosp), Mumbai to decide the Change Report No.ACC/(Hosp)5821/2016 filed by respondent no. 2 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the Assistant Charity Commissioner to consider and take appropriate decision on the said Change Report No.ACC/(Hosp)5821/2016 filed by respondent no.2 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the
