This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application and the same is hereby rejected. However, considering the fact that the applicant is 74 years old and is in jail for about 2 years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.

The Registry shall send the copy of this order to the concerned trial Court.
