This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.4 on record, who is said to have died on 1st May, 2021. The attested copy of his death certificate is annexed at Exh.A. to the application.

For the reasons stated in para 8 of the application, the delay is condoned and the abatement is set aside.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.
