The petitioner, a Corporator seeks certain directions for implementing Standing Committee Resolution No.6 which was passed by the Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal Corporation on 16th November, 2013.

Learned Counsel appearing for Corporation placed reliance on the affidavit. It is further submitted that Corporation administration had taken steps. The complaint has been filed to police and investigation in respect of subject matter is in progress. The petitioner may exhaust alternate efficacious remedy as available in law. It is expected that Standing Committee Resolutions passed are implemented in accordance with law by the Corporation administration.
