By this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are seeking the following reliefs: "(a) This Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the respondent authorities to decide the representations made by the petitioners as earlier as possible.

(b) Call the record and proceedings of the representations and applications of the petitioners pending before the respondents and issue appropriate directions after perusing the

(c) For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

In our view, the Petitioners have an alternate remedy of filing an appropriate application before the concerned Revenue Authorities. Suit filed by the Petitioners has been decreed in favour of the Petitioners. The Petitioners can execute a decree passed by the Civil Judge. Hence We are not inclined to issue such a direction. Writ petition is disposed of.
