By this civil application the applicants seek deletion of the name of respondent no.7 from the cause title of the second appeal and also pending civil applications, if any on the ground that the respondent no.7 has expired and as per the knowledge of the applicants, respondent no.7 had no legal heirs, who are to be brought on record. The statements made in the civil application are accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the second appeal as well as the pending civil 1/2
