Heard the learned AGP for the Applicants. The prayer clause (A) of this Application reads thus: "A.

This Hon'ble Court may modify its earlier Order dated MARUTI GANPAT BENDURE in Writ Petition No.6124 OF 11 and substitute it with Order dated 21/1/2013 in Writ Petition No.11529/2013."

The Writ Petition No.6124 of 2011 was finally disposed of by the judgment and order dated 10th January 2013. There is a specific averment in the Application that the Application made for review of

ash caw-1125.15 the same judgment and order has been rejected. As the Application for review has been rejected, the prayer for modification of the same judgment and order cannot be entertained. The Application is accordingly rejected.
