The learned counsel for the Appellant tenders letter dated 15/02/2017 addressed to him by Advocate Sunita Patil which letter is also signed by Appellant Vidya Amar Yelurkar. In the said letter, it has been stated that the parties have arrived at an out of Court settlement and therefore, the above Family Court Appeal No. 157 of 2016 is not required to be proceeded with. It is further mentioned that the copy of the compromise pursis filed in the Lower Court is annexed. The learned counsel for the Appellant draws the attention of this Court to the said compromise pursis which has been marked as Exhibit 19/B and it is dated 14/12/2016.

34.157.16 FCA In view of the aforesaid, the above Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The letter dated 15/02/2017 as also the compromise pursis bearing Exhibit 19/B are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'Y' respectively for identification.
