1] Heard learned counsel for the Review Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondent.

2] This Review Petition is preferred for review of the order dated 04/07/2018 on the count that the said order was passed in the absence of the Petitioner/Original Respondent. 3] However, the record shows that sufficient opportunity was given and therefore only the application was disposed of as the Petitioner/Original Respondent failed to remain present. 4] Moreover, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the Respondent/Original Applicant that already the order passed by this Court is put in to implementation and now the matter is placed for recording of evidence.
