This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. 38 of 2016 dated 4.2.2016 registered with Cyber Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 419, 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No. 547 of 2016 is hereby directed

Yadav V.G. 2 16a.appp.665.16.odt. to implead the original complainant as respondent no. 2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned Counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
