1] On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of material compiled in the charge-sheet, the learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

However, he submits that the Applicant came to be arrested in the subject CR on 19.08.2017.
