By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 123 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 12.08.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division , Alibag, Raigad in LAR No. 69 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is Sneha Chavan 1/2

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.
