Interim Application No.17988/2022 is filed for bringing legal representatives of Respondent No.1-B-iv, while Interim Application No.17994/2022 is filed for bringing legal representatives of Respondent No.2(d), on record. 2.

Normally, such applications ought to have been filed by the original Petitioners. However, they are filed by the legal representatives of the respective Respondents. These applications are entertained only on account of the fact that the learned counsel for the Petitioners, has no objection for allowing the applications.

Thus, notwithstanding the technical aspect in order to further the cause of justice, the applications are allowed, as prayed. The Petitioners shall carry out the amendment in the petition by incorporating the names of the legal representatives as mentioned in the application. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. A copy of the amended petition shall be served on the other side. The interim applications are accordingly disposed of.
