This application is moved for the modification of temporary bail order passed on 14th August, 2015. It is prayed that the order be modified to the effect of taking bail without police escort or the police escort is to be limited to a particular amount. It is not affordable to the applicant. The learned prosecutor opposes the application as the applicant-accused is a criminal and has criminal antecedents.
