DATE: 28th November, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court, praying for directions to Respondents to forthwith prepare and submit pension bills and fix the pension of the Petitioner and pay the arrears etc. 2] Mr. Killedar, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, submits that Respondent No.5 has already submitted a proposal for the said purpose to Respondent No.6. He submits that Respondent 1/2

11-WP-12612-16.sxw No.6, in accordance with the Circular dated 9/8/2010, is empowered to decide the proposal for grant of pensionary benefits etc., in the event, there is any dispute between the two groups of Management or the Management and the Head Master.

3] In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.6 to consider and decide the proposal received from Respondent Nos. 5 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of six weeks from today. Needless to state that, after determination of the pension of the Petitioner, arrears shall be paid to him within six weeks from today.
