This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 78 days that is caused in filing the Appeal. Challenge is raised to the judgment and order passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai. 2.

By way of impugned judgment, the trial Court has dismissed original application of the Appellant seeking compensation. Since appeal is by the claimants, whose original application is dismissed and for the reasons that the delay is only of 78 days, the same is condoned.
