At the outset, Counsel for Respondent no.4 undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today under advise to Petitioner. Undertaking accepted. 2.

Keeping open the rights and contention of Petitioner and Respondent no.4 in Revision Application preferred by Petitioner before Respondent no.5, following order is passed:

a.

Statement of Ms.Solunke that Respondent no.5 shall dispose Revision Application No.9238 of 2019 within three months from today is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

b.

Until the Application is disposed and for four weeks thereafter status quo will be maintained and no steps to implement the said order, if prejudicial to Applicant's interest, will be taken. Mohite 1/2

Before Respondent no.5 passes an order which shall be a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of Applicant and others who are Respondents to the Application, a personal hearing shall be granted notice whereof shall be communicated atleast five working days in advance. 3.

Counsel for Petitioner undertakes that they shall not seek any adjournment for the hearing of Revision Application except if notice is insufficiently given is accepted as an undertaking to this court.

Mr.Katkar states that copy of the Revision Application will be given to the advocate for Respondent no.4 during the course of this week itself is also accepted.

Petition disposed.

We clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits of the Revision Application.
